CYCLE

 

Get ready to ride to the rhythm in our high-energy Beats Cycle classes. These rides combine cardio conditioning with choreography, lights, and music to create an immersive full-body experience. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned rider, you’ll leave sweaty, energized, and smiling.

 

YOGA

 

We offer six unique yoga classes ranging from deeply restorative flows to traditional Vinyasa, to a high-intensity sculpt class using handheld weights. Classes take place in our state-of-the-art infrared heat yoga studio, with temperatures ranging from 82° to 92°. Whether you’re looking to stretch, sweat, or strengthen, our yoga program meets you where you are. Expect to find balance, build strength, and leave feeling better—mentally and physically.

 

BARRE

 

Our barre classes are all about the burn—in the best way. With small, controlled movements using light weights, resistance bands, and props, you’ll target your core, glutes, and posture muscles in every session. It’s low impact but seriously effective, and you’ll feel stronger and more aligned after every class.

 

BUILD

 

Build is our signature strength + cardio class rooted in high-intensity interval training (HIIT). With dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and FitBenches, you’ll alternate between resistance training, explosive cardio, and core work to keep your heart rate up and muscles guessing. This is the class that gets you strong, fast.

 

BOX

 

Gloves on. Stress off. CYB Box is a full-body workout that blends boxing inspired cardio with strength training and core work. You’ll start with shadowboxing, move into bag work with punch combos, and finish strong with ab-focused floor exercises. It’s fast-paced, fun, and a killer way to let it all out.
